The Tones of Time

For the entrance area and staff patio at the new Bussdepå Järnbrott, the series The Tones of Time draw their inspiration from Järnbrott's history as a technological hub and the historic establishment of the radio station during the mid-20th century.

Each artwork in the series are individually titled: The Echo, The Debate and The Choir, and are inspired by classic swedish radio programs that both entertain and convey opinions and information to their listeners. The Tones of Time play with shapes and graphic details related to technical devices used to record and play sound.
